We opened our doors in April 2026, marking the beginning of a lifelong dream: operating my own business. Every day, I look forward to growing alongside our community and continuing to do what I love most. With the continued support of those around us, I hope to keep our doors open for many years to come and create new job opportunities within the community that has supported us from the very beginning.
This journey began long before opening day. For seven years, I worked side by side with my parents at our family bakery, where I learned far more than how to cook. I learned the value of hard work, dedication, family, and community. I am incredibly grateful to my parents for encouraging me to follow my passion, even when it felt intimidating, and for believing in me before I fully believed in myself.
Our community has played a huge role in making this dream a reality. The kind words, compliments, and encouragement about the food I cooked gave me the confidence to dream bigger. Hearing people recommend our bakery and support the idea of opening my own restaurant helped turn a dream into something possible.
Cooking has always been my passion, and owning a restaurant has always been the goal. With my parents’ guidance, advice, and unwavering support, I finally found the courage to take that leap of faith. I am deeply thankful for the opportunity to begin this new chapter and to cook for the community that helped shape who I am today.
I am incredibly thankful to my parents, my brothers, my sister, and our community for supporting me in so many ways. My parents not only helped financially, but also shared their experience in running a business and provided the guidance I needed to open my own. My brothers and sister continue to support me in every way they can, helping make this restaurant more than just a place to eat — but a second home built on family, passion, and hard work.
